Leonard Greenway is not a medical professional, not a first responder, but at a crucial point in the Covid-19 crisis, he used his high-level skills in telecommunications hardware and software to help my company transition from a densely packed call center into a safe, work-from-home environment.  In so doing:

  • He saved our company from the death-blow that a shelter-in-place order would have meant for us -- and did for so many.

  • He also helped to secure the ongoing employment of more than 60 people, thus keeping money flowing into homes that otherwise would have lost an irreplaceable source of income.  

  • He also helped shelter 60 families from unnecessary danger of exposure to the virus.  

To do this, Leonard was quick, decisive, and he went WAY out of his way to help, including:

  • Utilizing his well-established network of suppliers to get access to scarce equipment

  • Anticipating time crunches as state and federal mandates were changing on a daily basis

  • Driving two hours each way to deliver the equipment

  • Spending the whole weekend working with us to configure everything so we could maintain a secure system

  • Following up with our team to help us make all of the necessary arrangements and to train our workers, many of whom are somewhat technically challenged.

  • And all of this at a reasonable cost.
